- ❖ True Travels Vacation is responsible to make sure that guests visit all the sites which they have been suggested in the mail, call or one on one meeting.
- ❖ True Travels Vacation is responsible to make sure that guests have a comfortable trip in the cabs booked for them.
- ❖ True Travels Vacation isn’t responsible for the entry tickets of any tourist attractions.
- ❖ True Travels Vacation does not offer any food or ask guests to dine at any food joint while a tour is in place.
- True Travels Vacation does not suggest any shopping sites to their guests.
- ❖ True Travels Vacation is responsible for communication between guest and our team which is on official number (mentioned in the website), email address or one on one meet at our office.
- ❖ Package cost will change if opted for guide service, choice of transport vehicle, hotel type change.
- ❖ Although we ensure you the best experience but unfortunate delays in travel and inefficient service of hotel is the responsibility of the respective parties.
- ❖ Safety of your personal belongings during or after availing our holiday package is your responsibility.
- ❖ All accommodation bookings made from True Travels Vacation are of 3rd party (we do not own the accommodation site), thus any cancellation occur due to a reason isn’t a responsibility of True Travels Vacation.
- ❖ If any tourist attractions is closed when our guest reach there, isn’t a responsibility of True Travels Vacation.

PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE :
- ❖ Entrance fees and Car Parking Fees at the monuments/ temples / parks etc.
- ❖ Expenses of personal nature such as laundry telephone calls, drinks, tipping etc.
- ❖ Any kind of insurance.
- ❖ Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.
- ❖ Any increase in the govt. taxes.
